The patio is very large and has a closet and great views of the sunset. There are rarely any issues with appliances but when there is, they are quick to fix it in my experience! The dog park is pretty large and they always have doggy bags available for use. The laundry room is very large and clean and they do maintain the grounds regularly!

A woman immediately answered the phone, made our day work with 3 days notice, and was very clear about process and expectations. On the expectation day we received a detailed walk through when he was finished, and 24h later a 28 page report with photos of every noted finding no matter how minor. We also received written and verbal summary of the stuff that "really matters" vs what is more cosmetic. Do not keep your betta fish in a tank that is smaller than 2 gallons. Keep in mind that the smaller the tank or the bowl is, the more often it needs to be cleaned. Bettas are tropical fish so the water temperature should be around 76 to 81 degrees Fahrenheit and the pH range should be between 6.5 to 7.5.

I recently purchased a larger tank for my betta, Ichabod. I’ve had him for about a year and I’ve upgraded from a 1.75 gal to a 3 gal tank. In prepping the new tank, I went about the usual treatment and let the water sit for 3 days before placing him in the new tank. At the recommendation of a sales clerk, I also added a bio-enhancer to improve conditions and minimize stress.
