I was very pleased with the inspection. Mr. Mobley was very professional and courteous while providing an extremely thorough inspection. Two inspections were done and his report identified some of the same problems but highlighted other problems that were missed.

Richard from ProTeam Inspectors went above and beyond to explain what he found during the home inspection and answer my questions so that I would understand what was going on. Even getting his tools back out so he could show me how he found some of the problems. Being a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect but I am happy that he found the problems he did. I think Richard just saved me a lot of money. By the time we left the property, the report had been emailed to me.

The cost was slightly more than others I had checked, but it was well worth it. We have been inspection homes in Central Arkansas and Little Rock for years. I highly recommend Richard and ProTeam Inspectors for home inspections. Since this is the first house I've ever purchased, I wasn't sure of what to expect with an inspection. All the reviews I saw were very positive. I went to their website and scheduled my inspection.

I would use his services again, without hesitation and plan to highly recommend him to my friends. I would give him a 6/5 if Angies list would let me. Mr. Mobley spent four hours thoroughly inspecting our soon to be home. After completing the inspection he took time to discuss all items addressed in the inspection with pictures and answered all of our questions.
Explaining what repairs were critical, which could be postponed and which were optional. We are actively performing full services. We are taking additional precautions to protect our customers.

A woman immediately answered the phone, made our day work with 3 days notice, and was very clear about process and expectations. On the expectation day we received a detailed walk through when he was finished, and 24h later a 28 page report with photos of every noted finding no matter how minor. We also received written and verbal summary of the stuff that "really matters" vs what is more cosmetic. Price was a bit more than expected, but he spent ~6 hours at the house and I don't know how long preparing the report.
I am a first time home buyer so I was unsure what to expect from the inspection process, and I had many questions. Richard was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and patient throughout the inspection. He arrived on time with all the tools necessary to complete the inspection and emailed the final report to me before leaving the property. The house he inspected for me is a new construction, but he did not take that for granted by assuming prior municipal inspections identified certain items during construction. I am very comfortable that he identified everything that warrants repairs. Their price is very competitive but more importantly I don't believe another company could have provided a better inspection service.

I have some questions about the home inspection process. Mr. Mobley inspected two houses for us. Inspector was very thorough inside the home, including the plumbing and and electrical.

Sure enough Mr. Mobley identified and analyzed some issues that could be serious long-term, if not addressed properly. He took his time to do a through inspection. He identified things that I think other previous inspections missed. On top of this I had a scheduling snafu at the last minute and Mr. Mobley graciously worked with me to get the inspection done around my schedule. I wish he was available for my first home inspection.
